Lifetime Equipment Protection
Applicable equipment is supported under the company’s written lifetime warranty terms. Coverage, exclusions, labor, batteries, accidental damage, lightning, and third-party components are governed by the final warranty provided with the system.
Lifetime Containment Commitment
Our commitment is to help the family achieve and maintain dependable containment when the system is properly installed, maintained, fitted, and used according to the training plan. When something changes, we help identify whether the issue is equipment, fit, training, property damage, or a new distraction.
Lifetime Consultation
Families can reach out when they add a dog, change the yard, move within the service area, need a refresher, or simply have a question. Support may be provided by phone, text, email, Zoom, FaceTime, or an on-site service visit when appropriate.
Repair and Troubleshooting Support
Wire breaks, transmitter problems, collar issues, landscaping damage, and property changes happen. We help diagnose the problem and recommend repair before replacement when repair is practical.
Training Support for the Life of the Dog
A dog’s needs can change with age, health, household changes, or long periods when the system is not used. We help families decide when a refresher or careful reintroduction is appropriate.
What the Promise Requires From the Family
No containment system is maintenance-free or responsibility-free. The family must keep batteries current, check collar fit, inspect the dog’s neck, maintain the equipment, follow the training plan, and contact us when something does not seem right.
