Our Commitment After Your Invisible™ Dog Fence Installation
Installation Day Is the Beginning of the Relationship—not the End
The first days and weeks after an Invisible™ Dog Fence installation are important. The dog is learning, the family is building a routine, and questions may come up as real life begins to test the new boundary.

Accessible Support
I remain available by phone, text, email, Zoom, or FaceTime when needed. Sometimes a quick conversation solves a small concern before it becomes a bigger one.
Training Guidance
If the dog appears confused, overly worried, too excited, or ready to progress faster than expected, we can adjust the plan. Training should follow the dog’s understanding—not a calendar printed in a manual.
Collar-Fit and Comfort Checks
Dogs grow, coats change, and collar fit can shift. Families should regularly inspect the neck, rotate wear position, remove the receiver when appropriate, and contact me with any concern. Reliable communication and comfort both depend on responsible use.
New Dogs and Household Changes
When a new puppy or rescue joins the family, the new dog should receive an individual introduction. Do not assume the new dog will learn simply by following the dog who already understands the yard.
Property Changes and Repairs
Landscaping, pools, patios, driveways, additions, aeration, utility work, and tree removal can affect the boundary. I can help troubleshoot damage and redesign sections when the property changes.
Help When Life Happens
Batteries die. Contractors cut wires. Dogs test things. Families move. Equipment ages. None of that should leave you feeling alone. My commitment is to help you understand the problem and find the most practical solution.

The Goal Is Long-Term Confidence
A successful system should become a normal part of life. The dog enjoys the yard. The family understands the equipment. And everyone knows where to turn when a question comes up.
That is what lifetime support means to me: not a slogan, but an ongoing responsibility to the families who trusted me with their dogs.
