SETUP FREE IN-YARD CONSULTATION
First, meet with John, owner operator of PDK9, for a FREE in-yard consultation. John will assess your containment goals and help you customize a hidden dog fence layout that will best fit you and your dog. During the consultation John will explain in detail the upcoming installation process as well as the Pro-Start K9 Fence Training program. John will also most importantly evaluate your dog's temperament prior to the start of training.

INSTALLATION SCHEDULING
After the FREE in-yard consultation and temperament evaluation, PDK9 will provide an estimate for your new hidden electric fence. Weekday and weekend appointments are available for your convenience. Install dates generally run about a week out after a contract is signed with a deposit.
DAY OF INSTALLATION
Upon arrival PDK9 will walk the property and review the layout and placement of K9 fence transmitter and boundary wire. (usually the basement or garage). Any adjustments needed will be addressed and layout finalized. Installations usually run between 2 and 4 hours . The new boundary will be flagged and the transmitter / receiver will be customized in preparation of initial training.
PRO-START™ K9 FENCE TRAINING PROGRAM
When installation is complete, John will take you step by step and explain the innovative, Pro-Start™ K9 Fence training process. Initial training can range from 15 to 30 minutes depending on individual dog and setup. Most dogs begin to respect the electric fence boundary immediately and are praised lavishly for retreat and avoidance of flags.
After one week of homework reinforcement from you, John will return and UNLEASH your K9 with the proofing and release phase of training. Homework sessions will be short and sweet, between 5 and 10 minutes at a time. The following week, you will officially UNLEASH!! your K9. Its that simple. Weekly hours of operation are 9 am to 9 pm, 7 days a week. PDK9 provides Phone, Text and Email support. We are always here to help with any issues or concerns.
