Invisible Dog Fence Service Areas Across New Jersey
Local Installation. Professional Training. Long-Term Support.
Need the most experienced invisible dog fence near me in New Jersey?
New Jersey is a small state with a lot of very different yards.
One family may have a compact neighborhood property near a busy sidewalk. Another may have several acres, a long driveway, woods, deer, a pool, a bulkhead, or a dog who believes every delivery truck is arriving specifically for them.
That is why I do not believe in treating every Invisible™ Dog Fence installation the same.
For more than 30 years, I have helped New Jersey families create safe outdoor freedom through professionally designed hidden dog fence systems, careful installation, and personalized dog training. The equipment matters, but the dog’s understanding matters just as much.
I personally look at the property, the dog, the family’s goals, and the distractions that exist in real life. Then I build the system and training plan around all of it.
No cookie-cutter layouts. No national call center. No disappearing after the installation truck leaves.
Just honest guidance, clear communication, and support from someone who has spent more than three decades working with dogs and the people who love them.

MEET JOHN WASILISHEN, NEW JERSEY'S INVISIBLE DOG FENCE EXPERT
Where We Install, Train and Service Invisible™ Dog Fence Systems
ProDogK9 Fence Co. serves families across the following New Jersey counties. Availability may vary by project type, distance, scheduling, and service needs, so the best first step is always a quick conversation about your property and your dog.
Monmouth County
Our home base and one of the areas we know best. Monmouth County includes everything from compact neighborhood yards and busy shore towns to large estates, horse properties, wooded lots, and waterfront homes. Common service areas include Red Bank, Rumson, Fair Haven, Little Silver, Colts Neck, Holmdel, Middletown, Lincroft, Marlboro, Manalapan, Freehold, Wall Township, Ocean Township, Atlantic Highlands, Sea Bright, Millstone, Allentown, Tinton Falls, Long Branch, Asbury Park, Manasquan, Spring Lake, Brielle, Howell, and surrounding communities.
Common containment considerations: Deer, busy roads, neighborhood foot traffic, long driveways, shoreline distractions, pools, large lots and dogs who know exactly when the Amazon truck is coming.
Ocean County
Ocean County properties range from established suburban neighborhoods to waterfront homes, shore communities, wooded areas, and large family yards. We help families in Brick, Point Pleasant, Toms River, Jackson, Manahawkin, LBI-area communities, and surrounding towns.
Common containment considerations: Bulkheads, boats, docks, pools, summer visitors, seasonal traffic, wildlife and dogs who think seagulls are a personal challenge.
Mercer County
Mercer County includes historic neighborhoods, university-area communities, suburban developments, and larger properties. We serve Princeton and surrounding Mercer County communities based on project availability.
Common containment considerations: Walkable neighborhoods, busy streets, mature landscaping, varied property shapes and active family routines.
Burlington County
Burlington County includes growing residential communities, farms, rural roads, wooded properties, and larger parcels. Chesterfield and nearby communities are a strong fit for carefully planned underground dog fence systems.
Common containment considerations: Acreage, farm activity, wildlife, long driveways, open land and the need to create the right safe area—not simply the largest possible one.
Hunterdon County
Hunterdon County offers beautiful open space, hills, woods, farms, and larger residential properties. We serve Flemington and surrounding communities depending on project scope and scheduling.
Common containment considerations: Terrain, wooded boundaries, deer, livestock, acreage and dogs with enough room to build serious speed before anyone finishes saying “come.”
Camden County
Camden County includes established neighborhoods, historic homes, mature trees, compact yards, and active suburban communities. Haddonfield and nearby towns can benefit from custom hidden dog fence designs that preserve the appearance of the property.
Common containment considerations: Sidewalk traffic, irregular lot shapes, mature landscaping, visitors and close neighborhood activity.
Atlantic County
Atlantic County adds another unique mix: shore communities, bayfront and waterfront homes, wooded inland properties, suburban neighborhoods, pools, seasonal guests, and busy summer traffic. We serve Atlantic County communities based on project availability, including areas around Egg Harbor Township, Galloway, Linwood, Northfield, Somers Point, Margate, Longport, Ventnor, Hammonton, and Mays Landing.
Common containment considerations: Water, docks, shore traffic, wildlife, vacation-season distractions and properties that may look quiet in February but become a completely different world in July.

Why Property Type Matters
A professionally installed electric dog fence should be designed around the way your family actually uses the property—not just drawn around the outside edge because that is the easiest route.
A waterfront home may need thoughtful protection near a pool, bulkhead, dock, or driveway. A farm property may require exclusion zones around barns, paddocks, gardens, or equipment areas. A smaller neighborhood lot may need careful planning near sidewalks, neighboring dogs, and frequent foot traffic.
Even two homes on the same street can need completely different layouts because the dogs are different. A calm older Labrador is not the same training project as a six-month-old German Shepherd who has recently discovered deer.
The ProDogK9 Difference: Training Comes With the System
I am a dog trainer first, and that changes the entire installation experience.
Every dog is introduced through my Pro-Start™ Containment Conditioning process. Training is adjusted for age, breed, temperament, confidence, prior experience, and the distractions found on the property.
The goal is not to frighten a dog away from the yard. The goal is to help the dog understand the boundary, make good decisions, and enjoy the safe area with confidence.
The wire creates the boundary. Communication teaches the dog.

A Few Things I Have Learned Across New Jersey
A dog does not care what county line the house sits in. The dog cares about the squirrel, the deer, the neighbor’s dog, the open gate, the delivery van, and whatever mystery is happening on the other side of the driveway.
Families care about something deeper: being able to open the back door without feeling their stomach drop every time the dog takes off running.
That moment—when a family realizes their dog understands the boundary and can safely enjoy the yard—is still one of my favorite parts of this work.

Frequently Asked Service-Area Questions
Do you serve all of New Jersey?
We serve a broad portion of New Jersey, with the strongest concentration in Monmouth County and surrounding regions. Availability depends on location, project type, scheduling and service needs.
Do you charge more for properties farther away?
Travel, property size, installation complexity and service requirements can affect pricing. I explain everything clearly before work begins.
Can you install on shore or waterfront properties?
Yes. Waterfront and shore properties often require careful planning around pools, docks, bulkheads, driveways and seasonal activity.
Can you cover farms or several acres?
Many systems can cover larger areas, but the best design is not always the largest possible loop. We focus on a safe, usable area that the dog can clearly understand.
Do you service systems installed by another company?
Yes. We troubleshoot and repair many existing underground and electric dog fence systems. Compatibility and repair options are evaluated case by case.
Can you help if I just moved into a home with an existing system?
Yes. We can inspect the system, test the boundary, evaluate the equipment and explain what may be reusable.
Will you train my dog, or is that separate?
Professional boundary training is part of the ProDogK9 approach. I do not believe in installing equipment and leaving the family to figure out the most important part alone.
How do I know whether you serve my town?
Contact me with your town, property details, dog’s age and breed, and whether you need installation, repair or an existing-system evaluation. I will give you a straight answer.

After more than 30 years, I still believe the best system begins with listening.
